About The Role


The Performance Marketing team develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies to deliver growth and efficiency at scale for Lamudi Mexico.

We work to show the right message to the right people at the right time through strategic means towards helping people to find their dream home.


As part of Lamudi's Performance Marketing team, you'll support the team in tackle priorities and challenges while keeping an experimentation mindset to bootstrap new performance marketing programs and channels with the aim of scaling this activity to evergreen.

The Performance Marketing Associate will work closely with our internal client (sales team) to give them the best client service.

Expect to be on the cutting edge of marketing technology pushing the envelope of performance marketing and consider that this role will be heavy on analytical experimentation across multiple paid channels.


What You'll Do

  • Understand, execute and optimize marketing directives to deliver against monthly / annual targets in terms of qualified leads across multiple paid media channels such as Facebook, Google, Twitter and Linkedin.
  • Analyze the patterns in the funnel and the consumer journey to understand the efficiency of media investment and advise on strategy.
  • Consistent testing to optimize return on investment, targeting, bid strategies, and design.
  • Advise on marketing tactics (promo, creative message) to be used in ads.
  • Provide critical reporting to diverse stakeholders handling senior communications.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience and a strong understanding of all major performance marketing channels including Programmatic Display, UAC and local channels, as well as digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Bachelor ́s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data skills
  • Experience in UAC is a plus
  • Understanding of marketing channel attribution, measurement frameworks, and key business & channel metrics.
  • Experience with Data Studio, Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
  • A hardworking and selfstarter, constantly striving to improve skills and look for ways to add value to the team.
