Responsibilities:_- _Maintain Quality Management Systems (Certificates IATF16949/ISO9001/14001)._- _Facilitate and coach Corrective Actions to Automotive Customer; Manage the Customers' relationship._- _Management Reviews and Business Objective Progress Reporting._- _Participate in product/Process pFMEA methodology and New Projects Launch activities._- _APQP / PPAP readiness._- _Ensure Customer Specific Quality Requirements are adhered to in each production process._- _Where necessary define Problem ALERT for critical Internal and External issues._- _Manages the Supplier Quality Process._- _Manage the Metrology Lab._- _Continuous Improvement; Champion de Layered Process Audits ; Help Production manager to drive Quality Improvement through excellent Problem solving._- _Change Management and Risk Assessment._- _Maintain the Quality Mindset ( Zero Defects).
