    El MECHANICAL ENGINEER TEAM LEADER actúa como experto técnico responsable de liderar a un equipo de Ingenieros Mecánicos en diseños robustos según proyecto asignado.

    Proporciona orientación y liderazgo al equipo; supervisa actividades con seguimiento estrecho y genera oportunidades para mejorar su efectividad.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar el diseño de piezas mecánicas para obtener calidad, coste y plazo óptimos.
    • Liderar aspectos técnicos en diseño conceptual en colaboración con Gestión de Proyectos y otros departamentos.
    • Asegurar selección correcta de componentes mecánicos.
    • Realizar diseños, especialmente conceptual y general, delegando detalles a los ingenieros.
    • Implementar estándares y plantillas necesarios en diseño mecánico dentro de un proyecto.
    • Mantener contacto con clientes sobre aspectos técnicos.
    • Colaborar en ofertas y ser Dueño de Cotización en casos.

    Requisitos:

    • Ingeniería Licenciatura o equivalente en Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afines. Valorada maestría en Mecánica, Equipos Industriales o afines.
    • Más de 7 años de experiencia en diseño mecánico y conocimiento de mecanismos y maquinaria especial y automatizada.
    • Procesos mecánicos de fabricación (mecanización, acabados superficiales, tratamiento y acabados).
    • Amplio conocimiento de software CAD 3D, preferiblemente Solid Edge.
    • Documentación técnica (planos, especificaciones).
    • Experiencia en diseño de tecnologías de fabricación, análisis de tolerancias, AMEF y control de calidad.
    • Se prefiere experiencia práctica en creación rápida de prototipos en entorno de taller.
    • Método de elementos finitos.
    • Fuerte conocimiento de técnicas, procesos y herramientas de ingeniería y gestión de proyectos, incluidas herramientas de planificación de proyectos.
    • Fuertes habilidades informáticas y dominio de Excel y PowerPoint.
    • Experiencia Green Belt 6Sigma (deseable).
    • Dominio de inglés.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar.
