Job Details

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.

Responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Improve the utilization of space in warehouse.
Work with Continuous Improvement team to improve order integrity, implement Lean/Visual management techniques Analysis of hourly employee's performance relative to unit picks per hour and overall efficiencies.
Break down of daily duties to meet and/or defend establish labor standards.
Develop Plan for every part
To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program
Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve target Implementing JCMS system.
Global architecture for Warehouse
Waterspider loop design and optimization
Organization for evacuation of finish goods and waste Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition
Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities
Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in JCMS & Warehouse Achieve the targeted JCMS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
Adapt continuous improvement approach the JCMS and Warehouse in order to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost
Member of Safety observation program Involve EHS area prior to implantation of new and modified materials or processes.
Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment. SAP warehouse management

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field.
Minimum 2 years experience on similar position.
Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Organization.
Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept.
