KECH Development, a reputable New York City-based real estate development company, is expanding its operations and establishing a satellite office in Mexico City.

We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daytoday operations.
  • Calendar Management: Manage a constantly evolving and dynamic interview/intern calendar, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Coordination: Initiate and manage fullcycle communication, ensuring effective and timely interactions with various stakeholders.

Verbal Communication:

Exhibit exceptional writing and communication skills, both in English and Spanish, to effectively liaise with diverse individuals at all levels.


  • Technological Proficiency: Possess a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
