- Configures the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module including associated business processes, compensation plans, compensation review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security;
- Operates specialist domain knowledge for Workday HCM Advanced Compensation to the business and Level 2 Support Groups; and Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2;
- Produces deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- Supports Global Process Owners and Centers of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday Releases;
- Updates Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
- Provides industry knowledge and best practices of Workday HCM Advanced Compensation business processes;
- Participates in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
- Prepares concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
- Provides timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
