Talent Acquisition Specialist:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Talent Acquisition Department at our location in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. costperhire, days to close, interview:hire ratio, etc.).
May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situationbased interview techniques.
Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business
Responsible for keeping Applicant Tracking System updated.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.)
2+ years of experience in recruitment (including internships/Coops)
Previous experince staffing engineering/IT roles as well as other Operational Roles (Purchasing, Finance, HR, etc.).
Ideal candidte would possess highengery, be highly motivated and a selfstarter
Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Sytems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Fluent in English and Spanish
