Support Analyst.

SAP Functional Resource with purchasing, manufacturing, planning, engineering, sales and finance side.

Qualifications (Summary):

Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred.
Minimum 57 years ERP experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems from Order to Invoice.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Welldeveloped analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities (Summary):

Support multiple ERPs which includes Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering and Sales.
Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports.
Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement.
Must be a team player.
