- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and with extracting and processing data.
- Experience with labor planning & design
- Supply Chain Experience, Transportation Experience, Labor Planning
- Experience owning the design, implementation and optimization of initiatives.
- Resultsoriented, makes things happen, ability to move fast, innovate and simplify.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Customer focus and professional demeanor.
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- SQL.
- Experience with labor planning & design
- Experience in statistical modelling and optimization. Masters in Management on those disciplines.
