Job Summary

  • To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _

- responsible for ensuring the quality system is in place and in use as well as customer requirements. Promote and coordinate continuous improvement activities, 8Ds, FMEA / QCP, iSO9000, statistical process control, Six Sigma._

What a typical day looks like:

  • _ Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues._
- _ Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion._
- _ Assists with development and implementation of quality audits._
- _ Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products._
- _ Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action._
- _ Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications._
- _ Will be in charge of a sustaining processes._
- _ Meetings with CFT._

  • _ Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues._
- _ Communication channel with client. (Complaints, solutions). Client point of contact._
- _ Customer Quality report weekly._
- _ Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications._
- _ Customer Quarterly Business Review meetings._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Must fluent English._
- _ Advanced experience in manufacturing electronics or automotive_
- _ Knowledge in statistical analysis & Statistical processes control._
- _ Leadership mindset_
- _ Knowledge SMT & Banckend (PCBA ́s processes)_
- _ Box / Integration process._
- _ Knowledge PPAP ́s._
- _ Knowledge NPI_
- _ Problem solving methodology (8D, 5Why, Process mapping)_
- _ QCP / FMEA knowledge_
- _ Advanced Excel_
- _ Client communication experience._
- _ Management people_
