Job DescriptionTaking into account the available capacity (employees, equipment), set schedules as agreed and schedule work shifts. Reschedule the deployment of personnel, the use of facilities and machinery based on work schedules. Monitor and improve work performance.
Place test orders, first and new production orders. Plan and supervise the execution of production orders. Propose improvements. Ensure the tools availability.
Eliminate technical deficiencies (for example, in systems, tools, ...), as well as deficiencies in the organizational process. Coordinate planned downtimes (e.g. maintenance).Design training plan for employees. Supervise the execution of the training process. Check the training result on the production line. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support employees in improving their work processes.
QualificationsAt least 3 years of complete technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic) with 2-3 years of professional experience.
