They are based across the southern U.S.

area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.


As an Accounts Payable Analyst, some of your main activities will be:

  • Support the Accounting Team with administrative duties.
  • Receive, review, and complete data entry of electronic invoices received for multiple communities.
  • Work within payables software to ensure accuracy, approvals, coding, etc.
  • Communicate with utility companies to transfer billing and payment of client utility accounts.
  • Communicate with vendors to request tax and insurance information as needed and assist them in getting qualified through our vendor compliance platform.
  • Assist with other accounts payable projects assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday

  • 10:00 AM. 7:00 PM.
    CST MEX.

During US Daylight Saving Time:


  • 9:00 AM. 6:00 PM.
    CST MEX.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN
A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.

Requirements:

Advanced
English
Skills.

  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).
  • Advanced Excel and Outlook knowledge.
  • Tech Savvy.
