RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Production Line Leader - Mold, in Ramos Arizpe, MX

This position full-time will be responsible to ensure and guarantee the proper functioning of the molds based on established specifications for efficient productivity and product quality

The Production Line Leader - Mold will report to the Head of Production Manager and travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time

The Production Line Leader - Mold's tasks include:

Make work orders for the elaboration of molds
Coordinate mold personnel to ensure timely stocking of molds
Check the assembly of the molds for the proper functioning of the production
Design new mold alternatives to increase yields of new and current products
Calculate costs of newly created molds to fulfill new product orders
Control expenditures and parts investments to meet the area budget
Capture orders and activities of personnel to control work times and establish methods of improvement

About you

Do you have:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Process, Metal Mechanical Engineering or related
At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor or similar position where the following activities are performed:
Personnel administration and management
KPIs, objectives and indicators of Safety, Environmental, Quality, Productivity
Development and management of procedures and work instructions
Optimization of material, technical and human resources
Management of production programs
Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2) is required
High proficient in AutoCAD or Inventor preferred
Drawing Interpretation and Geometric Tolerances
Design, modification, updating of drawings
Handling of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height measuring device)
Technical knowledge in the Metal Mechanic industry (sheet metal)
Knowledge of conventional machines (lathe, milling machine and flat grinding machine).
Proficient with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problemsolving skills
Focus on results and strategic thinking
Power to delegate, recognize and develop potentials; motivate to achieve optimum performances
SAP is a plus
