Esta posición es la encargada de impulsar la creatividad y la excelencia visual en todas las iniciativas de marketing y publicidad.

Encargado de guiar al equipo en la creación de campañas innovadoras que cautiven a la audiencia y cumplan con los objetivos del cliente.

Responsabilidades:
Encabezar y dirigir el equipo creativo en la conceptualización y ejecución de campañas omnicanal. Idear y desarrollar conceptos visuales impactantes que transmitan el mensaje de la marca de manera efectiva.

Supervisar el proceso creativo desde la concepción hasta la entrega final, asegurando la coherencia creativa y la calidad del trabajo.

Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de cuentas, planificación estratégica y otros departamentos para garantizar que las soluciones creativas cumplan con los objetivos del cliente.

Guiar y apoyar el crecimiento profesional del equipo creativo, proporcionando retroalimentación constructiva y oportunidades de desarrollo. Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias en diseño, publicidad y tecnología para impulsar la innovación en las campañas.


Experiencia previa:
Lic. en comunicación, publicidad, marketing Experiencia 5 años + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
