MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main contact with the client, management of client portals.
  • Receive customer requirements and ensure shipments on time.
  • Negotiate with the client and the manufacturing plant in critical situations.
  • Support in managing resources
  • Ensure that the client maintains his supply of material

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Career

  • Desirable experience in automotive customer service area, different OEMs.
  • English spoken and written 100%.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (KSA)

  • Written and spoken communication skills. (Spanish and English)
  • Negotiation skills. (Spanish and English)
  • Skills computer systems, excel, mathematics, logic
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data using a computer.
