IT Manufacturing Lead -

Which is the main objective of this role?

  • Provide technical advice to the Manufacturing initiatives through the exploration of technological trends that will drive the digital strategy of our company that will transform the way we work.
  • This role also establishes relationships with senior business leadership/management to define strategic challenges.
  • Strong decision maker, able to identify operating opportunities to be fulfilled with technological tools
  • Costbenefit analysis of enhancements and projects to guarantee value added investment.
  • Ensures that the quantitative and qualitative benefits of the technology implementations are achieved.

Responsibilities:


What will you be doing?

  • Establishes the technological strategy aligned with operational needs to achieve business objectives
  • Proactively seeks to improve processes by implementing new technologies that support business objectives aligned with PepsiCo standards
  • Identify, evaluate and promote the use of new technologies to increase productivity and new capabilities for the business
  • Communicates and coordinates the extended IT teams (

CTO:
Infrastructure, Network, Compute;,S&OP Architecture, and IT Ops) to ensure the correct execution of initiatives and projects with technological components under the DEVSECOPS IT model.

  • Ensures that technology budgets are integrated into the projects and properly executed
  • Evaluate change in scopes, risks or issues in the project executions
  • Manages business partner relationships and is accountable for all aspects of technology integrating delivery and support for business function, sector, global or region
  • IT representative for functional Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, CyberSecurity and Engineering teams.
  • Governance to align the LatAm technology requirements of Manufacturing, Maintenance, CyberSecurity, Quality and Engineering teams by evaluating all the functional and technological impacts
  • Uses strong supply chain knowledge to identify & leverage initiatives from other areas that are related to Manufacturing, Maintenance, CyberSecurity, Quality and Engineering.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelors ́ Degree in Systems Engineer, Computer Science or related.
  • Business English proficiency
  • Strong supply chain knowledge on food business (savory, biscuits, foods & confectionary)
  • Capable of leading multifunctional teams
  • Strong negotiation skills with project stakeholders
  • OT (Operational technologies) & IT integration knowledge for manufacturing processes
  • 2+ years of experience managing technology projects related to SAP ECC, Industry 4.0, IoT and Data & Analytics.
  • Ethical & honest to provide a healthy work environment
  • Ability to handle high volume, multiple priorities (This position directly serves 15 Function Directors, 100+ Managers and 35 different production plants with 30,000+ headcount. Also attend 30+ different initiatives and/or projects every year.
