This position is based in Mexico City.

What the job involves

Originate deals, understand the risks, sell the risk, follow deals in the real estate business.
Work on business strategy and business development and help grow the business.
Finding assets and bringing capital to it.
Negotiate with senior executives.
Develop new partnerships through Mexico and across borders.
Financial analysis skills, with the ability to build detailed 5year business plan.

Who we are looking for

Ample experience in financial services, private credit, finance, consulting, and M&A.
Strong written and communication skills, in Spanish and in English.
Proactive, strong management and negotiation skills.
MBA is preferred.
