KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:_
Bilingual
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, regulatory legal requirements and customer requirements. knowledge
Knowledge in basic quality tools.
Core tools, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, Calibration.
RESPONSABILITIES_
Selecting the right concepts of the designs and the fundamental technology used for the new products or the improvement of existing ones.
Answering questions and solving problems of members of the engineering team.
Creating detailed engineering plans, processes and procedures for staff members to follow up
Proposing and supervising the budget and timelines of engineering projects.
Responsible for operational excellence through an efficient plant and procedures design.
Performing several tests and quality controls to verify the quality of completed projects.
Ensuring continuous improvement in the process, cost, quality and product
Leading investigations and developing initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and implement procedures.
Ensuring that the introduction of new products meets the training and expectations of customers with a defined cost structure for the projects.
Managing all engineering MBOM, MM MAINTAIN, ECN CREATION, SAP activities from Product engineering standpoint.
To manage all NPI activities since print analysis and build samples/prototypes samples to customer with the sample room personnel.
Managing all engineering and problem solving projects in engineering area.
Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the work done and the methods used by the engineering staff.
Responsible for monitoring and determine various personnel and training needs
Responsible for working with the manufacturing, operations and quality manager, to review and monitor quality, improve the current process.
