    We are looking for a professional to join our Finance Team in the Credit and Collection Analyst position. Based in Mexico City – Mexico . The candidate will be responsible to carry out credit analysis for large, medium and small clients, in accordance with the Global Credit Policy. The professional must be able to use multiple credit analysis methodologies, have a relationship with our credit insurer and other means of guarantee. You must have a high level of interpersonal relationship with the different levels of positions in the company, as well as clear and objective communication. Carry out active and preventive collection from customers.

    Job responsibilities

    • Manage and perform tasks associated with Customer Credit Analysis and Accounts Receivable.
    • Analyze credit of Clients, applying the local credit policy and also our insurance Credit to clients.
    • Capture collection system, apply payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to policies and procedures.
    • Call Clients to collect and negotiate open invoices.
    • Prepare and submit account statements.
    • Escalate collection issues to management for review and guidance.
    • Release of sales orders in accordance with Local Policy.
    • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio by following up with customers on past due balances and obtaining payment commitments.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and also collaborate with quarterly, semi-annual and annual audit processes.
    • General accounting knowledge to support cue transactions.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Public Accounting degree or related
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area.
    • Credit Analysis
    • Advanced Excel and SAP FI,
    • Customer Collection
    • Accounting Account Integration
    • Invoicing and related Tax Law.
    • Analytical Thinking, Mathematical Accounting Reasoning, Dedicated, Numerical Ability, Organization, Sense of Urgency and Managing Priorities
    • Manufacturing experience is required.
    • Experience in Government Customer (CFE) is desirable.
