Position Summary
The CI Engineer will have the responsibility for supporting the continuous improvement activities of the manufacturing site.
This includes facilitating of projects will by improve kaizen, quality and financials; as well as assisting with activities associated to the CI strategy and goals is responsible to complete the continuous improvement projects assigned at the plant and work on high impact projects.
- Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or any other field.
- 3 years of experience as a CI Engineering running high impact projects.
- Awareness of manufacturing concepts, troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis, capacity, component/secondary operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, tooling and validation.
- Ability to prioritize projects or tasks effectively in a pressure environment.
- Negotiation, people management
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to lead improvement projects
- Problem solving skills
