    Scale is growing and so is our People Team We're looking for an HR Operations Manager in Mexico who is passionate about building thoughtful, streamlined, employee lifecycle processes that support the employee experience.

    You will be responsible for developing policies and partnering cross-functionally to drive process and system improvements that will better the employee experience, increase the efficiency of the HR team, and keep us compliant.

    You will play a critical role in creating a highly employee - centric team as Scale continues to grow exponentially.


    You will:

    Develop and evolve our HR processes and policies in Mexico; understand organizational needs and create & drive improvements in processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant with local statutes, and are efficient, scalable, and reflect our Scale credosRoll up your sleeves and dive into the high volume of daily operational HR needs and ad hoc projects for the Mexico teamProvide HR leadership to our teams as it relates to benefits, compliance, and other people programs.

    Stay up to date on HR laws and practices in Mexico (payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)


    Maintain compliance with Mexico employment law, including but not limited to manager/employee trainings, workplace operations, classifications, and wage lawsFoster strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance teams and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and simplify workflowsIdeally you'd have:5-7 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experienceExceptionally collaborative and able to advise employees at all levels of the organizationStrong verbal and written English communication skillsHighly detail-oriented, stellar organizational skills and able to prioritize effectivelyKnowledge of Mexico employment laws and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of Mexico benefits and payroll processesStrong critical thinking skills and ability to think outside of the box and propose meaningful solutionsAble to identify gaps and drive operational improvementsExcellent judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all timesFlexible mindset and able to navigate ambiguity with easeAction-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision*Please submit resume in English*We believe that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work, which is why we are proud to be an affirmative action employer and inclusive and equal opportunity workplace.
