The Opportunity


The occupant of this position is responsible for leading initiatives, acting in a matrix with other areas of Pepsico and with suppliers that support the processing of the integral termination process, in a way to ensure that all information and rules are in accordance with law, Pepsico's policies and procedures by performing continuous monitoring.


Supervises and/or performs operational activities for the administration of termination process, maintenance, development and motivation, understanding the team's needs and carrying out continuous development.

Set performance goals and constant conversations through feedback.

Organize workflow, task delegation, process monitoring and punctual team deliveries.

Specialized service to the local to solve all doubts, problems and requests, respecting Pepsico's internal policy and law.


Responsible for the analysis and approval of the Internal Audit and approval in the GCS Global system and key performance indicator.


Responsibilities:


Your Impact

As HR Ops Supervisor responsibilities would consist of:

Ensure and monitor termination services by managing the relationship with customers, suppliers and staff, finding opportunities to optimize resources and maintaining business continuity in the long term.

Monitoring of project implementations

Analysis and monitoring of the integral Termination process ensure workflow monitoring for the functional movement process of all company employees, ensuring that the information is finalized in accordance with the proposal signed by the employee and that it is updated in the payroll systems

Supervise the maintance of database so that recorded movements can be use reliably

Training of termination process

Keep process documentation upt to date

Establish efficient validation and control routines to guarantee results

Optimize available resources for the efficient execution of processes

Feedback and recognition programs

Follow up and approvals, HRKC Master Data, Report Data Integrity e Report Data Quality.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
