Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at IGE InterGlobal Exhibits.

As an A/P Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recording all cash outflows at the company. This includes day-to-day financial transactions data entry into QuickBooks and VOZ (proprietary ERP), accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations, and other transactional issues.

• Support Administration Leader on cash outflows.


• Review client contracts & verify transaction information.


• Post vendor invoices accurately in Accounting system.


• Maintain client job files with A/R Lead from project sale to final invoice issued.
