We are looking for an enthusiastic
Procurement Specialist of Siemens Innomotics in CDMX.

a) Quotation and allocation of services and materials in projects of

according to SIEMENS policies and procedures (purchasing / legal /

compliance)

b) Develop and lead negotiations with local suppliers and

foreigners (consider, delivery time, minimum quantities,

payment terms, etc.)

c) Generate savings, comparative measures and reports saving meaures in a regular way

(Dashboard, RFQ, T.oCo, Sourcing Committee)

d) Attention to internal customer requirements both in the offer as in project execution phase

e) Search and development of new suppliers (registration processes,

evaluations, etc)

f) Place PO'S to global suppliers and data maintenance for materials records.

In your activities you will place orders to meet production requirements for Siemens

You will run open order reports to help drive material to support production and will follow Material requirements planning (MRP) messages to push/pull delivery dates of purchased parts
Expedite material to meet production requirements
Interface with quality, production, EHS, quality and engineering
Sourcing activities and execution for supply base implementation according to the purchasing strategy
In sourcing and Outsourcing activities taking always into consideration the requirements & suppliers of other sister Sites in the Americas for synergy proposes.

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing)
