FMEA Engineer (f/m/x)

Act as moderator in the creation of program specific FMEAs by adapting the base FMEA (all Kautex Pentatonic, Allegro, Fuel systems)
Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team to implement APIS as closedloop software tool for Base and Project documentation and drive the integration of DFMEA

Act as APIS specialist in supporting product and process development teams with close gaps along the closedloop to connect product & process characteristics and ensure consistency of information
Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team and Core Engineering to carryover the knowhow and Lessons Learned across Base and Projects documentation
Work together with the global Quality team on implementation of FMEA process and culture across Kautex organization
Knowledge about, and compliance to Kautex, and customer specific requirements
Act as moderator in proceeding of program specific DFM/A workshops incl. workout and follow up of simplification and cost saving results together with project team
Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team on implementation of DFM/A process across Kautex organization
Knowledge about Kautex manufacturing processes and products
Willingness to travel

EDUCATIONAL REQ:

University degree (master's degree, post graduate diplomas)
Experience in Automotive Industry and Product development

(Min. 2 years)

Knowledge about Kautex manufacturing processes and products
Knowledge of Kautex Flawless Launch Process (FLP)/Kautex Systems Engineering Process
Knowledge of moderation / presentation
Training experience for processes and complex software
Proficient in MS Office
Software knowledge (APIS)
Software knowledge (DFMA)
Fluent in English
