Shipping Supervisor - Tijuana, México - Tecma
Descripción
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the daily shipping plan.
- Verify the product load ending.
- Capture the PR or BK FLUSH of the finished product.
- Document finished product.
- Performs the inventory of product finished in shipments.
- Execute the finished product file and shipping information.
- Maintains communication with the Department of Planning, Traffic and Accounting.
- Promotes and supports programs related to the quality management system, hygiene and safety at work, internal work regulations, as well as the work environment.
- Performs other additional functions to the position.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, business management or related field.
- Conversational English (verbal and written).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and shipping experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
- Communication and negotiation skills and conflict management.
