The team will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure open communication between the Association Members, Board of Directors, and the Community Association Manager.

We are looking for a AP/AR Clerk to support the following activities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Upload and entry of invoices and coding to the proper GL accounts.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
  • Manage missing invoices and create solutions to ensure receipt of future billings.
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payment posting issue troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Process property ownership conveyance information requests from title agents, mortgage lenders and realtors.
  • Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.

Requirements:


  • 1year minimum experience in a similar position
  • Bank reconciliation experience is desired
  • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
  • Ability to critically analyze data and work processes.
  • Prior HOA/Condo Management Experience is a plus
