Senior Business Analyst - Strategic Pricing

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Gathers financial data and performs financial/business analyses to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives.

_ How you'll make your mark:_

Provides highly insightful analysis exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
Develop applicative analytical models using advanced quantitative techniques, to unveil business opportunities
Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decisionmaking within a broad scope.
Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple crossfunctions.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
Provides mentoring and guidance to junior analysts.
Doing adhoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Creating interactive dashboards & KPI

_ About you:
_

Bachelors in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Commerce
Masters or PHD in Mathematics/Finance/Econometrics, Analytics or MBA (Must have)
Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial/business analyst.
Typically experienced in a variety of finance/business operations functions.
Excellent analytical skills.
Enhanced pattern recognition techniques.
Excellent ability to analyze and organize data to unveil opportunities
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent consulting and influencing skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong business acumen.
Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and financial/business modelling skills
Deep appreciation for sound business processes, ability to identify, develop, and drive operational improvements
