What you will do?

Automated System Implementation:
Play a lead role in the installation and maintenance of automated systems, including conveyors, and robotic picking
systems.

System Integration:
Integrate controls with Inventory Control Systems, Robotics, to ensure seamless operation and real-time data availability.

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all control systems meet industry safety standards and regulatory requirements, implementing safety protocols where needed.

Simulation & Testing:
Use advanced tools to simulate controls performance, especially during peak times, ensuring optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Regularly inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain controls systems to ensure peak operational efficiency and minimal disruptions.

Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the metrics of control systems and suggest adjustments to enhance accuracy and speed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the most effective control solutions are sourced, integrated, and upheld.

Training & Mentorship:

Provide guidance and training to team members on controls systems, ensuring they can operate and address basic issues .

Data Analysis:
Extract and analyze data from control systems to derive insights on system performance, using this information for continuous improvement and
predictive maintenance.
