You will participate in and engage in multi-disciplined supply chain and inventory focused project teams that support the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business unit/function/site overall results


JOB DUTIES:

• Weekly Buy Management
• OTB Management for assigned suppliers
• Engage with key stakeholders to create consensus demand plans
• Collaborate with supplier partners on supply constraint and order management
• Analyze weekly instock and fill rate reporting to identify gap closure opportunities
• Support Promotional activity through proper demand/inventory planning
• Excess Inventory Management via collaborative planning with Suppliers and Category Managers
• Perform administrative functions supporting Senior Demand Planner Participate in special projects as assigned
  YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 2 years related experience in inventory planning and analysis required
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be agile with ability to thrive in a highly dynamic fast paced environment
