    Responsibilities

    Daily Logistics Planner based in Mexico City

    The Opportunity

    Join our team as a Daily Logistics Planner and play a key role in optimizing last-mile delivery routes across multiple markets. You will be responsible for designing efficient routing plans using Omnitracs Routing and Dispatch, ensuring smooth operations while collaborating closely with local sales, operations teams, and customer service.

    This role is dynamic and requires a keen analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working five days a week, with flexible shifts that may include late afternoons, evenings, or midnight schedules to align with front-line operations.

    Your Impact

    As a Daily Logistics Planner, you will:

    1. Design and optimize last-mile delivery routes using Omnitracs Routing and Dispatch to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs/OLAs.
    2. Analyze and process local operational data, resources, and constraints to create tailored routing solutions.
    3. Collaborate daily with multiple sites and cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service.
    4. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and providing constructive feedback.

    Qualifications

    Who We're Looking For

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.

    Experience in route planning, last-mile logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.

    Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning to assess processes, metrics, and optimization strategies.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with routing software.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with different stakeholders.

    English: Professional working proficiency (fluent).

    Portuguese: Intermediate-Advanced (preferred, but not required).

    Self-management skills to plan and execute daily tasks effectively.

    Presentation skills—ability to summarize data and create visual diagrams to communicate ideas clearly.
