- Coordinating production activities and execution of production plans, ensuring zero-defect culture, timeliness, efficiency and continuous improvement,
- Continuous team development and enhancing their competencies, driving them for bottom-up initiatives.
- Optimizing machine utilization and minimizing downtime.
- Ensuring high product quality by controlling production processes and parameters.
- Introducing and stimulating innovation to improve organization, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with the adopted quality management system based on ISO , IATF , and ISO .
- Monitoring and continious improvement on process standard.
- Industrial Engineer or similar
- Intermediate English
- Experience in production coordination and team management in a manufacturing environment (automotive would be an advantage, but not required)
- Excellent attention to quality, with the ability to analyze production processes and parameters to ensure high-quality products.
- Familiarity with methods and tools for optimizing production processes such as KANBAN, FIFO, SMED, OEE, TPM.
- Experience in Welding process (MAG. LASER, SPOT).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, motivating employees for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Ability to make decisions in a dynamic production environment and respond quickly to changing conditions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining production and quality documentation according to standards and regulations.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in production and management
- Practical knowledge of Mexican labour law, safety regulations, quality standards and management procedures in a production environment.
