Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the aeronautical industry, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and business growth

Comprehensive understanding of aeronautical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
Exceptional strategic planning and problemsolving skills, with the ability to formulate and execute effective business strategies.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing costsaving initiatives.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple sites or business units, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
