We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Maintenance Supervisor, based in
Nova Plant,
Chihuahua, Chihuahua. (E-Systems Division).

As Maintenance Supervisor will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Maintenance Manager.

Your task will be:

Equipment: Working without interruptions and complying all security measures.
Test equipment systems: diagnosis of faults, software management, Upgrades.
Continuous improvement of equipment.
Plant distribution (layout changes)
Personal management, training, and development (electronic equipment).
Compliance of KPI's as:
Down time.
Preventive Maintenance.
Mean time to repair (MTTR).
Mean time between fail (MTBF).
Work Accidents.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (preferred).
Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance systems.
Knowledge of harness manufacturing equipment.
Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Strong Microsoft Office skills. #LI-DNI
