We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Maintenance Supervisor, based in
Nova Plant,
Chihuahua, Chihuahua. (E-Systems Division).


As Maintenance Supervisor will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Maintenance Manager.


Your task will be:


  • Equipment: Working without interruptions and complying all security measures.
  • Test equipment systems: diagnosis of faults, software management, Upgrades.
  • Continuous improvement of equipment.
  • Plant distribution (layout changes)
  • Personal management, training, and development (electronic equipment).
  • Compliance of KPI's as:
  • Down time.
  • Preventive Maintenance.
  • Mean time to repair (MTTR).
  • Mean time between fail (MTBF).
  • Work Accidents.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance systems.
  • Knowledge of harness manufacturing equipment.
  • Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. #LI-DNI
