As the Aftermarket Parts
IT Business Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting our global Parts business by providing IT support, overseeing projects and enhancements, creating reports and dashboards, while ensuring information security and compliance.


This position will be responsible for successful delivery of IT services and investments that enable the JCI parts teams to grow business by improving global aftermarket parts visibility, planning, forecasting, and executing customer digital order fulfilment as well as enabling next generation logistics capability.

The position operates within a matrixed IT Operating Model and will be expected to navigate across teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • IT Support:
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to the global Aftermarket Parts business, ensuring system uptime and resolving ITrelated issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage IT projects and enhancements related to Aftermarket Parts, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Reporting and Dashboards:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Aftermarket Parts operations, inventory, sales, and performance.
  • Implement data analytics and visualization tools to enhance decisionmaking.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
  • Develop and maintain business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and their dependencies.
  • Create and manage disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime during critical incidents.
  • IT Governance:
  • Assist in the definition and utilization of IT governance processes and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards, compliance, and Information security procedures across the Aftermarket Parts IT domain.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

7+ years of industry experience:


  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in Buildings, Services or Aftermarket Parts environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of information security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a global, crossfunctional team environment.
  • Proven experience showing relentless focus on customers and internal business partnerships.
  • Solid IT general management skills (organizational, financial, and operational management) through being Agile, flexible, resourceful, and leaning in challenging status quo.
  • Experience leveraging the Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid solution delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with ERP deployment for aftermarket parts management processes

Geographic Attributes

  • Base Location of Position: Mexico City or Monterrey, with occasional travel up to 10%.
