ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST JR. - MONTERREY

Primary Location:
Mexico (MX) - Coahuila JD Shared Svcs-Ramos Component


Function:
Accounting / Finance


Main Responsabilities:


  • Performs various less complex professional accounting assignments requiring knowledge of Business Unit, Company policy, or accounting theory. Includes coordinating, preparing and analyzing financial information and reports that provide summary information for management use in making Company financial decisions.
  • Gathers, reviews, and assists in analyzing statistical information.
  • Thorough understanding of the requisition to payment process for direct and indirect material. Works with internal purchasing group to assure on time payment and invoice resolution.
  • Records routine or recurring transactions.
  • Makes necessary corrections and/or adjustments to receive accurate report information.
  • Performs complex account reconciliations.
  • Prepares various daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial/cost reports, statements, or exhibits.

What Skills You Need:


  • Fluent English.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • SAP basic knowledge.


  • Microsoft office

  • Excel, Outlook and Word.

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

What Makes You Stand Out:


  • Managing work effectively, adaptability and innovation.
  • Accounting and or finance experience.
  • Prior Accounts Payable or Supply Management experience.
  • Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance or Supply Management experience.

Education:


  • Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor Degree (4 years or equivalent).
