    The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with deliverables related to global data and information analytics strategy, and plan for procurement services
    • Assist in the execution of financial, business information and analytics strategy, as well as tracking of savings for targeted programs
    • Assist in reporting such as spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost analytics, save tracking and reporting, benchmarking, category market intelligence, cost modeling, metrics, reporting, forecasting
    • Provide commodity sourcing analysis and assistance, provide analytical and organizational support to saves, spend, and opportunity analytics
    • Assist in generating metrics on spend by region, business, and category, and identify and maintain spend baselines
    • Assist in the preparations and analysis of bid packages, eAuction events, and formal request process replies, as well as develop reports and graphs/charts to illustrate saves or spending
    • Partner with internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, generate program compliance monitoring reports, commodity reports, and formal request process analysis
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes
    • Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
    • Working knowledge of supply chain management, procurement management, and strategic sourcing
    • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
