Reporting directly to the project manager in Juarez, the project coordinator of assembly will have the main responsibilities:


  • Management of a multidisciplinary team composed mainly of mechanical and industrial engineer.
  • Define and control the scope of work of the project for the assembly line and peripherical operations related to the area such as packaging, repairs...
  • Supervise and align engineering related to assembly operations using the proper tools of BRP such as layout definition, time study, PFMEA, EFMEA...
  • Follow and control timeline and planning of activities in assembly
  • Follow and control budget and forecast of activities in assembly
  • Manage risks, communication and share information related to project performances with proper KPI and PEMO tools.
  • Prepare and execute through his team equipment purchasing and installation on site.
  • Role requires to travel and a temporary relocation on the new site during installation and commissioning.
  • Any other tasks related to the delivery of the assembly line.
  • Asset: Possibility of promotion at the end of the project and transfer to operation as IE manager on the new site.
