Job Description:


The person in this position will be responsible of tracking each applicable stage of the project throughout its lifecycle and make sure that critical information is shared among the various team members.- The scrum master is also the facilitator for an agile development team.

As a member of the team, the Scrum Master will help the project lead and other team members by addressing distractions, disruptions and obstacles to leave the team free to focus on the work of producing output that will generate the desired outcome on time and in budget.

- This position is in the need to be able to handle the following tasks to be as efficient as possible:

  • Scheduling main stages of the project and update and follow up meetings with team members/ stake holders
  • Organizing all the information for each project
  • Monitoring progress
  • Tracking paperwork and activities completed
  • Updating team members and stake holders
  • Managing information flow
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies with owners/stake holders
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Project coordinators must be adept at multitasking, as it is generally required to perform a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. When problems arise or if work is falling behind schedule, the project coordinator's responsibility is to make necessary adjustments and communicate with the project manager
  • and team members about the issue.

Requirements for the position:

  • Demonstrated excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Good at multitasking and driven to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Problemsolving skills, time management skills
  • Knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least two (2) years of relevant experience is required for considerationThis position is based in our Tijuana facility (Mex payroll)
