  • Your key responsibilities:
  • Support learning solutions according to the services or projects assigned and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Meet stakeholders' expectations and deadlines by actively collaborating with CONEXTS Learning team members, stakeholder's point of contact (POC), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and occasional vendor management.
  • Support the development, optimization, and implementation of impactful L&D initiatives by designing and/or curating learning content, slide decks, presentation scripts, facilitator guides, eLearning modules, metric reports, playbooks, or any other learning asset.
  • Overall logistics planning for the virtual production service, ensuring events quality and proper technical support when needed.
  • Work with the Evaluation & Insights service leader to provide insights and deliver evaluation strategies on each project, such as dashboards, survey analysis, and/or findings presentations, among others.
  • Support communication plans, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience in a clear, effective, and timely manner. Share knowledge and best practices proactively for the benefit of the team and future/other projects.
  • Contribute to digital learning solutions development with various resources that may include, but are not limited to, storyboards, webbased animation technology, video editing software, image edition, or learning authoring tools.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize feedback about learning implementations from learners, trainers, facilitators, vendors, and/or stakeholders to ensure meeting learning outcomes.

Minimum requirements

  • B.A. or equivalent
  • Advanced oral and written English is a must.
- +2 years' experience in global companies with demonstrated ability to adapt to a multi-cultural work environment. Experience in Pharma industry or healthcare sector may be an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Customer centricity mindset. Comprehension of the overall project management cycle. Followsup on own and other's commitments for the sake of the project/task assigned.
  • Capable of learning and working with digital tools simultaneously.
  • Selfdirected and accountable, feels comfortable working autonomously. Analytic.
  • Collaborative and strong 'team first' mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
  • Overall understanding of adult learning theories.
  • Previous experience in L&D is preferred, but not a must.
