    The ViX Digital & Social Media Marketing Department is currently seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Project Manager for streaming, reporting to the Vice President of Digital Marketing.

    The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking the social media creative development, develop Production and Social Media campaigns timelines for all ViX campaigns. The successful candidate will focus on managing multiple creative projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines, program deadlines, and final social media assets of deliverables. He/She will also act as a liaison between the social media team internal/external stakeholders.

    You are the glue that holds the digital & social media team together. You can quickly pivot to changing priorities. You must be able to balance competing priorities, while you thrive as a collaborative team member, and have ease in managing external partners.

    YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Act as an account manager, helping execute plans and connecting cross-functional teams to deliver world-class marketing, including brand and original programming creative development across a broad range of mediums.
  • Create and master the production schedule for all marketing shoot days, including notes taken during intakes & intro calls with showrunners/producers.
  • Organize and supervise the progress of projects with internal and external partners from pre- to post-production including tracking changes, leading approval processes, and asset acquisition and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies: consolidate feedback, follow up on timelines and ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Identify ways to help the team scale and optimize quality for recurring projects – through tools such as brand guidelines, creative templates, and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, specifically as it pertains to the streaming space, and proactively discover opportunities to incorporate the best thinking into strategies, and projects.
  • Track milestones and generate performance reports for teaser and trailer launches, as well as any stunts with talent and influencers.
  • Analyze, document and present results of all executed efforts during and after completion of program.
  • YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing / design with increased responsibility and collaboration with all aspects of business
  • Be well versed in the world of Spanish-language entertainment & streaming
  • Experience using Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE) and project management tools.
  • Ample experience in time and project management
  • Proven experience in coordinating integrated campaigns; including creating and tracking timelines, follow up on creative feedback, and assets development.
  • Experience managing production process from creation of content to program launch.
  • Proficient in Spanish & English
  • Excellent PowerPoint/Keynote design presentation skills
