    Brinda soluciones de impresión personalizadas, utilizando materiales de alta calidad que garantizan distinción, precisión en la impresión y tiempos de entrega únicos en el mercado.

    Descripción del Trabajo

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    1. Gestiona los niveles de inventario para asegurar una disponibilidad óptima de productos y materias primas, minimizando costos de almacenamiento y obsolescencia.
    2. Establece y gestiona tiempos de entrega efectivos con equipos de producción y proveedores, garantizando puntualidad en la producción y satisfacción del cliente.
    3. Análiza y optimiza procesos de producción mediante el estudio de tiempos y movimientos, reduciendo desperdicios y mejorando eficiencia operativa.
    4. Colega con el equipo de ventas para comprender y prever demanda del cliente, desarrollando pronósticos precisos y planes de producción adecuados.
    5. Supervisa operaciones de almacén para garantizar flujo eficiente de materiales y productos, manteniendo altos estándares de organización, seguridad y cumplimiento.
    6. Utiliza el sistema ERP ODO para gestionar y coordinar actividades de planificación de producción, garantizando precisión y integridad de datos en todo momento.
    7. Identifica y aborda proactivamente desafíos y obstáculos en la producción, desarrollando soluciones efectivas para mantener continuidad operativa y minimizar impactos negativos.
    8. Realiza análisis de pronósticos de demanda y ajustes periódicos, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing para garantizar precisión de pronósticos y planificación de la producción.
    9. Elabora y mantiene programas de producción detallados, asignando recursos de manera eficiente y optimizando capacidad de la planta para cumplir objetivos de producción.

    Perfil Buscado

    • Experiencia previa en roles de manufactura con enfoque específico en planificación de producción y gestión de inventarios.
    • +3 años de experiencia en planeación y programación de producción.
    • Conocimiento sólido del sistema ERP ODO y experiencia en su implementación y uso.
    • Experiencia previa en equipos de impresión digital altamente variable en productos y volúmenes de producción.
    • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
    • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno interdisciplinario y multicultural.
    • Altamente extrovertido, proactivo y autodirigido, capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo para lograr objetivos establecidos.
    • Certificaciones adicionales en gestión de operaciones o planificación de la producción son una ventaja.
