- Implementation of 5's methodology.
- Ability and knowledge to operate electromechanical equipment and buildings.
- Implementation of systems to measure work times.
- Carry out organized and methodical training.
- Interaction and mastery of multiple groups (Several plants at the same time)
- Automation and mechatronics experience
- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics Engineering, or related field.
- At Least 4 years of experience in the automotive field or similar position
- Management and mastery of Microsoft Office, Knowledge in PM
- Outstanding communication (Good communicator from postural, gestural, verbal, emotional, etc.)
- Experience and knowledge in machining, welding, electronics, electricity, design and integrations.
- Ability to manage personnel in simultaneous plants.
- English proficient
