    We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Maintenance Manager, based in La Cuesta Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (Seating Division).

    As Maintenance Manager you will developing the structures of Professional Maintenance (PM) Systems, communication channels, the implement and document all the maintenance initiatives, standardize spare parts, preventive plans a departmental metrics for all the MTO division.

    Your Task will be

  • Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Implementation of 5's methodology.
  • Ability and knowledge to operate electromechanical equipment and buildings.
  • Implementation of systems to measure work times.
  • Carry out organized and methodical training.
  • Interaction and mastery of multiple groups (Several plants at the same time)
  • Automation and mechatronics experience
  • To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree on Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics Engineering, or related field.
  • At Least 4 years of experience in the automotive field or similar position
  • Management and mastery of Microsoft Office, Knowledge in PM
  • Outstanding communication (Good communicator from postural, gestural, verbal, emotional, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge in machining, welding, electronics, electricity, design and integrations.
  • Ability to manage personnel in simultaneous plants.
  • English proficient
