PROJECT IMPACT

Ensure an outstanding people experience for all =TRUE members
Keep accurate, updated and data driven people records
Own equipment and technology logistics regionally across LATAM
Liaise with external partners and vendors
Support =TRUE members with benefits and company policies initiatives
Participate in relevant projects alongside our Head of People

THE EXPERTISE

1+ years of experience supporting People Ops teams in startups, ideally in the tech industry
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently
A People first approach with a passion for social change
Excellent business English and Spanish communication skills
Strong project and time management skills
