We are looking for a passionate
Curriculum Author with experience in web development to join our team as a contractor.

In this position, you will create and edit content for the Software Engineering program, including training materials, manuals, and documentation.

Requirements:

Ability to collaborate in the Central European Time or Eastern Time
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, , , REST API
Experience with , MongoDB
2+ years of recent experience as a fullstack web developer
Time commitment: be able to devote 10 hours per week
Experience as a Technical Editor or Curriculum Developer is an advantage
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have

Experience in teaching and/or creating educational content.
Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
Interest in instructional design and education.

What you will do:

Create and review training materials, including lessons, tasks, quizzes, and documentation for student projects
Consult on web developmentrelated questions when creating new content
Collaborate closely with the instructional designer and other authors in formulating learning objectives for students
Integrate industry standards and best practices of web development into the program curriculum

Hourly compensation of $35 / hour
