It is prepared from Tuesday to Sunday (have scheduled availability)

Job functions:


  • Knowledge of temperature, cuts of meat, and portioning of cuts;
  • Peps system;
  • Food hygiene management;
  • Grill management;
  • Oven, food storage, fryer management;
  • Making tacos, hamburgers, etc.
  • Area hygiene washing;
  • Iron washing;
  • Knowledge of good hygiene practices.
