    About the Position:

    The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead UX design processes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
    • Conduct user research and inform design decisions.
    • Create and maintain design systems.
    • Produce high-quality prototypes and user flows.
    • Advocate for the user and prioritize usability.
    • Collaborate with other designers and team members.
    • Mentor junior designers.
    • Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in UX design.
    • Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong proficiency in design tools.
    • Experience with design research methodologies and A/B testing.
    • Experience working in Agile development environments.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A deep understanding of design systems, accessibility best practices, and responsive design.
    • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
