    **PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO**

    **PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**

    • Crear y publicar parrillas de contenido para redes sociales en colaboración con el equipo de diseño y redacción.
    • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento basadas en análisis de datos.
    • Aplicar conocimientos en Customer Journey y Embudos de Venta.
    • Realizar estudios de mercado y aplicar análisis para mejorar nuestras estrategias.
    • Desarrollar y supervisar la aplicación de copy in / out.
    • Acompañar a los usuarios respondiendo sus dudas y comentarios en tiempo y forma, ofreciendo orientación para redirigirlos a la área correspondiente si es necesario.
    • Prospectar a través de los canales de mensajería y apoyar el seguimiento con usuarios en redes sociales.
    • Supervisar y presentar resultados de las campañas de comunicación orgánicas.
    • Crecer las redes y el blog desde la parte orgánica.
    • Generar leads en conjunto con el área de marketing.
    • Aplicar conocimientos en blog, SEO e inbound marketing.
    • Innovar contenido partiendo de datos comerciales y redes sociales.

    **LA RESPONSABILIDAD DIRECTA DEL PUESTO ES CRECIMIENTO ORGÁNICO**

    **PERFIL REQUERIDO**

    • Nivel de educación: Licenciatura en Comunicación, Relaciones Comerciales o Mercadotecnia.
    • Conocimientos básicos en Inbound Marketing, protocolos de gestión a crisis y reglas ortotipográficas.
    • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en roles similares (no freelance).

    **REQUISITOS ADICIONALES**

    • Manejo de paquetería: Adobe, Mailchimp, Office o Google Documents, CMS (Wordpress), Hootsuite y Hubspot.
    • Flexibilidad horaria y disposición a trabajar desde casa.
    • Opción a contrato indefinido y beneficios adicionales como estacionamiento de la empresa y seguro de vida.
