As a Channel Marketing Specialist I, you will be responsible for driving efficiency with ADI's vendor community and internal processes related to item set-up, item maintenance and data integrity.

JOB DUTIES:

Acquisition of product data with ADI's vendors in a proactive manner.
Entry of Item and Vendor Master Data to ensure accuracy of such key data as product reporting category (RCAT), UPC Code, weights & measures, unit of measure, and country of origin among others
Work with Marketing and other supporting functions on new vendor setup, maintenance and deactivation process in the ERP system
Participate in cross functional projects to improve or correct inaccurate item data
Administration of EDI transmissions to ADI's vendors
Conduct Root Cause Corrective Action analysis for failed EDI transmissions to reduce errors and discrepancies

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in purchasing or data maintenance
Intermediate Excel
English proficiency

Industry knowledge in low voltage distribution product categories: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire
Ability to determine and assess risks to minimize delays based on standard operating procedures and business rules
Ability to keep organized records for back up data
