- Ensure the onboarding of the right supplier through our supplier quality onboarding process.
- Support the project team by allocating the right supplier to the right project through the right product or component specification.
- Ensure quality is contractually agreed with the supplier.
- Be an integral part of the project team, support the AQP process and release the product and/or component through the applicable release process (PPAP, FAI...).
- Execute the right problem-solving with the supplier in case of quality issues (8D, 4C...) and make sure the cost of non-quality is recovered from the supplier.
- Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering.
- +5 years experience in supplier quality management ideally in a regulated industry (Automotive, Aerospace ...).
- Knowledge of the lighting industry is desirable.
- Confirmed experience in supplier auditing using VDA standards.
- Green Belt Certified is MANDATORY.
- PPAP, AQP, 8D & Problem Solving and MSA experience.
- Experienced in both mechanical (plastic injection, die-casting, aluminum extrusion...) and Electronics (SMD process, connectors, e-components and semi-conductors...).
- Self-starter, capable of working in matrix teams and able to successfully interact within different teams including quality, engineering, design, manufacturing, and the supply chain.
- Fluent in English is MANDATORY.
